Ready to start the last job as an OMFS you’ll ever have or need? We are looking for an Oral Surgeon to join a top-notch, incredibly high earning Oral Surgery practice in Dothan, AL. This is a full-time position with partnership, ownership, or equity potential (if desired) for a quality Oral Surgeon!

As a member of this team, you will enjoy a fantastic work life balance while earning a high income (think 7 figures) and being a part of our fantastic office culture. This practice is the most reputable practice in the area with a wealth of referrals setup and ready for you day 1.  This position is open to new grads along with experienced Oral Surgeons alike. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday (half day on Friday). Expect a practice that is fully digital with state-of-the-art equipment. See specifics on compensation, benefits, etc. below!

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• Full time opportunity
• Guaranteed salary of $500,000 (additional compensation of 40% collections)
  • Earning potential $1,000,000 has been achieved and is very realistic for a quality surgeon
• Comprehensive health insurance (vision, health, dental, group term life/disability)
• 401k
• Sign on bonus up to $20,000
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• 3 weeks of PTO building into 4 weeks
• Partnership, ownership, or equity offered if desired
• CE/Malpractice assistance
