Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(No evenings or weekends required)

Scope of Clinical Services Includes:

• Dental Implants

• Wisdom Teeth Removal

• Tooth Extractions

• Bone Grafting

• Oral Pathology

• Pre-Prosthetic Surgery

• Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP)

• Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

• Exposure of Impacted Teeth

• 3D Imaging and Digital Planning

• In-Office Anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits Overview:

• Tiered Collections-Based Compensation Model : Providers are compensated based on a generous collections model with unlimited potential. The more you produce, the more you earn.

• Guaranteed Base Salary in Year One : To provide stability while building your practice, you’ll receive a monthly minimum of $33,333—or your collections-based earnings—whichever is higher.

• Student Loan Assistance : $2,000 per month provided during your first year to help offset student loan payments.

• Relocation Support : Negotiable relocation assistance available.

• Continuing Education Support : $2,500 annual CE allowance for coursework, travel, and professional development.

• Comprehensive Benefits : Includes health, dental, vision, disability, HSA/FSA, legal services, pet insurance, and identity theft protection.

• Malpractice Insurance : Premium, fully covered claims-made malpractice insurance through a leading OMS carrier.
