Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings ; Exposure to source code ; Experience within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent).

Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; A degree in either Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required ; New York Bar.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representing a diverse clientele in court defending their intellectual property rights.
  • Drafting pleadings.
  • Conducting discovery.
  • Arguing motions before the court.
  • Navigating the complex procedures of federal court.
  • Providing information as needed.
