Job Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Assistant *ASAP* to support our executive team and day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual who can handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to help keep the team focused and efficient during our busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
* Assist with travel arrangements and on-site logistics
* Handle email and phone correspondence as needed
* Run errands and handle personal tasks for executives
* Support with organizing and maintaining files, supplies, and equipment
* Assist with invoice tracking and basic administrative tasks
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
