PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Our Personal Assistant will provide high-quality project and personal support to two principals in a family-office setting headquartered in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is adaptable, attentive, and comfortable working with detail-oriented requests in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is results-driven, highly organized, detail focused, and has a high level of integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out a variety of personal requests, tasks and errands that vary daily
• Organize and restock office, property and personal supplies; including ordering groceries and snacks
• Schedule personal appointments
• Meal planning and coordination for all daily lunch and dinner orders
• Family support and assistance with travel, appointments, errands, etc.
• Pet care for two small dogs, including appointments and daily walks– must love dogs
• Interact with third party vendors, including placing orders and facilitating deliveries
• Coordinate and assist with special events or dinners, after hours
• Episodic travel to various homes and locations, providing personal support as needed
• Assist other support staff as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have at least one to two years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role (highly preferred)
• You have a valid Texas Driver’s License with a clear driving record
• Flexible scheduling with availability beyond standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
• Able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal and credit checks
• Primary work location is Austin TX

Compensation: Up to $80k base, based on experience.
