The Role: Personal Stylist

As a Personal Stylist at Front Door Fashion, you won’t just be picking out clothes—you’ll be curating confidence, building relationships, and growing your personal book of business. We provide the clients, but it’s up to you to deliver an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back for more.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow our daily workflow process designed for stylist success.
  

• Curate fully accessorized outfits using our daily updated inventory.
  

• Write detailed, personalized outfit notes to guide clients on how to wear and style their looks.
  

• Build and nurture relationships with clients through proactive communication, styling expertise, and top-tier service.
  

• Take ownership of your client base by re-engaging past customers and generating repeat business.
  

• Seek out new customers and create opportunities to grow your client base beyond those provided.
  

• Stay ahead of trends and translate them into wearable, stylish looks for your clients.
  

• Meet and exceed sales goals— hustle and ambition are key!
  

• Utilize technology to track client preferences and optimize the styling experience.

Benefits

• Compensation: Stylist compensation starts with a base salary of $34,000. Stylists who meet their sales goals can typically earn around $40,000 in their first year. There is significant earning potential based on performance—those who consistently exceed goals often earn around $50,000 within 2–3 years, and top performers can surpass $60,000 after 3–4 years. Actual earnings vary based on individual results, customer relationships, and drive—it’s not automatic, it’s earned.
  
• Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person at our Dallas, TX Headquarters
  
• Training: Two-week mandatory training starting January 20th to set you up for success

• Schedule: 40 hours Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend availability
