Photography & Multimedia Manager

3Z Brands / Brooklyn Bedding has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled photographer/videographer to take the lead in our multimedia efforts and develop engaging content for all our digital channels.

As Multimedia Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality product and lifestyle photography for our e-commerce platforms. This will involve operating cameras in both studio and on-location settings to create professional photographs, pre-recorded programs, interviews, and event coverage.

The role also includes traveling to various locations to handle all aspects of production setup, including the assembly, transport, and operation of audio and lighting equipment for both field and studio work. Additionally, you will be responsible for editing photos and video segments across various digital formats.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a small team of creative professionals
• Creating high-quality product and lifestyle photography for e-commerce platforms.
• Operating cameras and lighting equipment in studios and on location for photography, pre-recorded content, interviews, and events.
• Assembling, transporting, setting up, and operating production equipment, including audio and lighting, for both field and studio productions.
• Editing photos and video segments in various digital formats.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a studio environment.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Outstanding creative abilities in developing dynamic and captivating video content.
• The ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair photo and video equipment.
• Exceptional knowledge of professional audio and video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
• People leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
