🌟 Unique Dual Role Opportunity – Surgical PA/NP | Spine Surgery + Medical Aesthetics | DFW Metroplex 🌟

We're looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an innovative, fast-paced practice that spans spine surgery and wellness/aesthetic medicine – right in the heart of the DFW Metroplex (Plano & Keller).

🩺 The Role
This full-time position offers the best of both worlds:

• 2 days/week in surgery (primarily elective spine surgeries)
• 3 days/week in clinic (serving both spine and med spa/wellness patients)

No surgical experience? No problem. You’ll receive direct, hands-on training from a skilled surgeon who is invested in your growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Spine Surgery

• Assist in open and minimally invasive procedures
• Wound closure, inpatient rounding, post-op management
• Pre-op consultations, patient education, and care coordination

Medical Aesthetics & Wellness

• Botox & dermal fillers
• Laser treatments, skin rejuvenation
• Medical weight loss programs
• Patient evaluations & clearance

✨ What We’re Looking For

• PA/NP graduates from accredited programs (new grads welcome!)
• NP's required to have RNFA for surgery***
• Genuine interest in aesthetics and wellness
• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and a team player
• Comfortable traveling across DFW for clinic and OR duties
