This opportunity is located at our West Orange Clinic and supports longer visits, strong clinical resources, and a value-based care model centered on quality outcomes. **Additional Job Description** CenterWell, part of Humana's Primary Care Organization, is a national leader in value-based senior primary care with more than 340 centers across 15 states. Our physicians enjoy interdisciplinary team support, manageable patient panels, longer visit times, and centralized resources for quality and documentation. **Schedule & Work Model** - Monday-Friday, daytime schedule - No weekends - No hospital rounds - Limited phone-only call rotation **Key Responsibilities** - Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. - Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations. - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. - Participate in limited phone call coverage **Required Qualifications** - MD or DO from an accredited medical school. - Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. - Active or eligible Florida medical license. - Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel pf patients with understanding of best practice in coordinated care environment in value based relationship environment. - TB screening participation required. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Additional Information:** + Guaranteed base salary + quarterly bonus + Excellent benefit package - _health insurance effective on your first day of employment_ + CME Allowance/Time + Occurrence Based Malpractice Insurance + 401(k) with Employer Match + Life Insurance/Disability + Paid Time Off/Holidays + Minimal Call + No Income tax in the state of Florida If you're passionate about improving senior health and want to practice in a supportive and collaborative environment, we welcome your application. \#LI-FM-1 **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $219,400 - $306,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
