Now Hiring: Private Duty LPN – Pediatric to Young Adult Care

Location:  Union Star, MO

Schedule:  Flexible – Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Do you have a passion for pediatric care and to serve medically fragile children and young adults? We are seeking  compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team providing one-on-one private duty nursing in a home setting.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized, compassionate nursing care to clients with complex medical needs
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in health status and treatment responses
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Support and empower families through education and collaboration

👤 Who You Are:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or  Registered Nurse (RN)with active Missouri licensure
• Experienced in or passionate about pediatric and/or young adult care (home health experience is a plus)
• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
• Committed to delivering safe, nurturing, and high-quality care
• Strong communicator with a professional, team-oriented attitude
