Pay range: $65 - $79/hour on W2 based on experience

As a key supporter of the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Program/Project Manager will be tasked with organizing, coordinating, and managing a variety of projects. This position requires collaboration within a highly matrixed environment to drive projects and programs for the I2R Digital Transformation Team.

What You’ll Do

● Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals.

● Utilize SharePoint, data analytics, and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among stakeholders.

● Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

● Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.

● Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

● Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

● Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

● Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• looking for a project or program manager with experience using PlanView tool to drive the program. The role here is to be SPOC and guide the ALD/CVD Metals team in our adoption and roll out of PlanView.

Preferably the candidate will have experience in complex commercial development with PlanView.

Would prefer someone with a BS or MS degree in a technical field

• Interview process: 1st phone screen, 2nd on-site panel

● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or operations management, or a related field.

● Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Experience working in complex product development environments with technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development.

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.

● Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization.

● Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

● Located within 50 miles of the Tualatin, Oregon (US) location and able to travel within US, up to 5% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier.

● Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2; or 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management.

● Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI and SharePoint.
