Projects & Support Engineer – CCTV & Access Control Systems
📍 Location: Hydrabad | 🧭 Experience: 3–6 Years | 💼 Full-Time
Join our Security Systems team as a Projects & Support Engineer responsible for the implementation, commissioning, and support of CCTV Surveillance and Access Control Solutions .
🔧 What You'll Do:
Execute end-to-end installation & commissioning of CCTV & ACS systems
Provide L1/L2 technical support, preventive maintenance & troubleshooting
Coordinate with clients, vendors & OEMs (Axis, Bosch, Genetec, Milestone, HID, etc.)
Ensure documentation, reporting, and high customer satisfaction
🎓 Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or IT
3–6 years' hands-on experience in CCTV & ACS projects
Strong knowledge of VMS platforms, networking, cabling, and diagrams
OEM certifications (Genetec, Milestone, Axis) preferred
Willingness to travel as per project needs
