Rolling Hills Hospital is a state-of-the-art 130-bed inpatient treatment facility located in beautiful Franklin, Tennessee, just south of downtown Nashville.  We provide behavioral health treatment to adolescents, adults, and senior adults with a variety diagnoses including co-occurring disorders and chemical dependencies.

We are seeking a PMHNP to join our team to provide medication management services in our new Outpatient Medication Management Clinic. This position will be key to the growth and development of this new service line.

This position is funded through December 2025 as part of the Psychiatric Hospital Grant with potential expansion through December 2026.

Opportunity Details:

• Full time, employed position, outpatient setting
• Caseload of adults and adolescents; broad patient population
• Duties: new patient evaluations & medication management, working in close collaboration with the inpatient team
• No on-call required, but available for additional compensation if desired
• Treatment of general mental health

Qualifications:

• TN APRN License, or ability to obtain
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2-3 years of experience as PMHNP required
