Job Description As a Public Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about communications and eager to make a difference in the way our brand is perceived by the public. Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
Monitor media coverage and prepare analysis reports for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and organize press events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Respond to media inquiries and manage media relations effctively.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PR software.
