Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Public Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our public image and developing strategies to communicate our brand's message effectively. You will collaborate with various departments to create compelling narratives that will enhance our reputation and engage our audiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and community partners.
• Monitor media coverage and conduct analysis to gauge the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Organize and manage events, press conferences, and public speaking engagements.
• Respond to media inquiries and provide information on company activities and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of media relations and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
