What You Will Be Doing
• Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC teams across multiple job sites.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, including NEC.
• Oversee subcontractor quality programs and conduct site inspections.
• Track and report QA/QC metrics, driving continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum of 10 years of electrical (industrial/commercial) experience.
• Electrical licensure (strongly preferred).
• Expertise in blueprint reading and code compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Other Essential Functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and QA/QC software.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality control.
