All American Foods, Inc., is an innovative employee-owned dry food ingredient manufacturer with over 38 years in the industry. We are looking to add a Quality Assurance Manager that will be based out of our Mankato, MN facility. The qualified person will also lead our QA team and efforts in our Waseca, MN facility as well. AAFI is looking for a highly motivated person to create and enforce Quality Assurance policies and procedures, ensuring the facilities and staff are in compliance with all regulatory food safety policies and requirements. This is a full-time, day position, Monday-Friday, with wages based on experience. If you possess the following requirements, this position may be a fit for you.

Required skillset and experience:

• Up-to-date PCQI and HACCP certifications
• SQF Practitioner experience
• Strong leadership abilities to ensure full company compliance with GMP's, HACCP and Food Safety Guidelines
• Experience with customer, regulatory and 3rd party inspections
• Ability to monitor raw materials and finished products to assure consistent and dependable quality
• Experience preparing budgets, optimizing QA efficiencies and achieving department and corporate goals
