Restaurant Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant.
* Provide Leadership - must be a role model with strong leadership skills as it relates to training, coaching and corrective action
* Drive Sales - identify local opportunities to increase sales and provide excellent guest service to ensure repeat business, Ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to increase guest traffic, Year over Year sales with a focus on developing relationships within the community.
* Control Costs – assist with P&L, budget, inventory catering and ordering, cut waste
* Provide Excellent Food Standards – we pride ourselves on the quality of our food, the M is responsible for ensuring it meets the highest standards
* Well rounded Manager that is open to FOH & BOH

Prior experience as restaurant manager, supervisor, shift lead, kitchen manager, or any other restaurant management functions highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager Requirements
* Good stability with past employers
* 2+ years of Restaurant Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
* Success in leading teams of 30+ employees
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Results driven with a people focus
