We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our company-wide Salesforce stack (Sales, Service, and Field Service) and managing various Information System projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in information systems, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Configuration And Customization:
System Optimization: Regularly monitor and maintain Salesforce system health, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and new features. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
Integration Management:
Compliance and Governance: Ensure Salesforce usage complies with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws. Implement governance frameworks and conduct audits to maintain compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce capabilities, streamline processes, and improve user experience through automation and innovation.
Reporting and Analytics: Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders. Regularly review reporting needs, optimize report performance, and ensure data accuracy across all visualizations. Collaborate with teams to develop custom reports and dashboards that align with business objectives.

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000.
