Screen Printer

1st Shift

Bloomington, MN

$21+/hour based on experience

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE SCREEN PRINTING EXPERIENCE
• Knowledge of the setup and operating the screen-printing equipment
• Proficient knowledge of ink chemistry and color formulation
• Proficient in screen making and image setup
• Understand printing and print production including but not limited to file setup, printing, laminating, mounting, cutting and finishing
• Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems that arise during production
• Strong basic math and computer skills
• Follows all safety and workplace policies
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in screen printing

Responsibilities

• The Screen Printer is responsible for the setup and operation of screen-printing equipment for screen production
• Monitor and judge print quality at start and throughout the production run
• Adjust ink as needed to ensure quality print
• Read, understand, and interpret job tickets
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs of equipment
