ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure applications across the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on GRC modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit Management, Vendor Risk).
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
• Work closely with process owners, architects, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
