This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is remote, however PST hours are required to be worked.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on creating scalable solutions, enhancing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, experience working in enterprise environments, and a problem-solving mindset to drive process automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement ServiceNow best practices for automation, workflow design, and integration.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs and other protocols.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Support upgrades, patching, and performance optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide guidance and support for platform governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, SSO).
• Experience with CMDB design and data management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance practices in enterprise environments.
