ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Required -
Focus: Develop and support ServiceNow modules and operations.
Duties: Development/customization, operations support, module enhancements, onboarding activities, troubleshooting.
