What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing James Hardie siding , composite decks , and patio covers/outdoor structures.
• Leading or collaborating on job sites with clear scopes and daily targets.
• Following proven processes for craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency.
• Working with a foreman who acts more like a coach than a boss.

Required:

• Proven experience in exterior remodeling, carpentry, or deck building.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and follow our processes.
• Respect for leadership — even if it comes from someone younger.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Pay & Perks:

• $20–$30/hr based on experience.
