The Opportunity

We're experiencing rapid growth and are desperately seeking skilled carpenters who share our commitment to exceptional workmanship. This is a full-time position offering steady work, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a respected team known for quality throughout the Pittsburgh area.

What You'll Do

• Execute carpentry projects from framing to finished work across residential and light commercial projects
• Perform minor roofing and gutter repairs
• Install siding, build decks, and complete home renovations and additions
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Deliver the high-quality craftsmanship our customers expect

What We're Looking For

• Proven carpentry experience (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
• Roofing knowledge/experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability on job sites
