CVOR department is currently working under a team model. Each team will consist of 1 RN and 2 CST. There will be two teams once staffed. Hours will be from 6:00 am 4:30 pm EOW Scheduled days will be to work Friday Monday EOW On-call will consist of after shift hours on Friday Sunday (the week they are scheduled) Assignment period will be for each team to alternate weeks when on for the schedule. Float to the OR will be expected if there is low volume in the CVOR. First Scrub Experience a plus. TRAVEL PAIRS AND TRAVEL TRIOS ARE WELCOME CST Certificates: Must have CST through NBSTSA Local candidates accepted if over 30 miles from hospital. No Bill rate change due to being local. Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff Prisma Health s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
