Job Description

We are looking for a Tableau BI Developer to gather business requirements, design, build, and deploy BI solutions using Tableau.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights
• Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project's data-driven decision-making process
• Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations
• Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports
• Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively
• Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
• Deep hands-on technical expertise
• Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test-driven development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 7+ years of experience with Tableau Dashboard Design & Development
• 7+ years of experience with Data Visualization & Storytelling
• 7+ years of experience with Business Requirements Gathering
• 7+ years of experience with Predictive Analytics & Forecasting Models
• 7+ years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes
• 5+ years of experience with Data Warehousing Concepts
• 7+ years of experience with Data Analysis & Interpretation
• 7+ years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
