Job Title: Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor
Location: Miami, FL (Local candidates only — no relocation)
Salary: $85,000–$120,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus
Experience: Minimum 5 years at a small-to-mid-sized CPA firm

Position Highlights:
Schedule: Hybrid model — alternating weeks of 3 days in office / 2 days remote and vice versa
Busy Season Hours: Capped at 40–50 hours/week
Preferred Background: Experience at small or mid-sized CPA firms (e.g., Berkowitz, Crow, RSM, CBIZ, etc.); Big 4 experience is not preferred
Technology: Strong QuickBooks knowledge is required
