In this role, you'll provide personalized support to students both individually and in small groups, helping them grasp new concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for exams. Responsibilities:

Help students understand and master new academic concepts
Assist with test preparation and completion of assignments
Foster problem-solving skills in students
Plan and create engaging lesson materials
Maintain open communication with parents and teachers to track progress

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree
A valid teaching certification (NJ or equivalent certifications from other states may be accepted)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, understanding, and a strong sense of reliability
Ability to pass a background check
