Webflow Designer & Developer (Contract or Full-Time)

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Designer and Developer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping and managing a large-scale Webflow environment that powers the digital presence of a global brand. The right candidate will bring both strong design sensibilities and deep technical knowledge of Webflow, particularly in complex, enterprise-level builds.

This position blends hands-on development with user-centered design, offering an opportunity to drive the evolution of a high-impact digital experience. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to align digital output with broader brand goals.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle development of websites and reusable components in Webflow—covering layout, animation, interactions, and CMS integration.
• Design and implement custom CMS templates for dynamic content types such as portfolios, articles, and team pages.
• Translate briefs and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow builds , maintaining consistency with brand standards and usability best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine UX , develop and apply global design systems, and evolve site architecture.
• Ensure all Webflow projects are optimized for accessibility, performance, responsiveness , and scalability.
• Document processes and enforce best practices for version control, permissions, backups, and other platform governance standards.
• Analyze usage data and site analytics to recommend and execute enhancements to the user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest Webflow features and third-party integrations, regularly introducing innovations to improve workflows and user outcomes.
• Assist with QA/testing across various devices and browsers to ensure consistent rendering and interaction.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building complex websites in Webflow, with a portfolio of large, content-rich projects
• Strong skills in Webflow CMS, interactions, animations , and dynamic content structuring.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript , with a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive web design.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems , including reusable components and global styles.
• Strong visual design sensibility, including attention to typography, layout, motion , and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud , Figma, or other design software used in UI/UX workflows.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with stakeholders from non-technical backgrounds.
• Previous work within regulated or compliance-driven industries (such as finance or healthcare) is a plus, but not essential.
