Wicker Point Golf Club
Title: Bartender
Reports to: Bar Manager
Job Summary Full and Part time positions
Making cocktails, suggesting different spirits, and managing the service of members sitting at the bar. Must keep up with service bar tickets for the dining room guests. Have a keen eye for detail and provide exceptional service to members/guests.
Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate that’s willing to learn and is able to uphold Wicker Point Golf Club’s standards.
Must be willing to work outside events. Must help setting up and breaking down the outside bars. Must help in prepping fresh juices, garnishes, and batch cocktails. Must be willing to rotate shifts between the main bar, the pro shop, and outside events.
Duties:
· Sets up Bar using opening checklist.
· Provides immediate attention to all bar guests.
· Make cocktails to the specific recipes of Wicker Point Golf Club Beverage program.
· Knows how to suggest different spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
· Knows basic knowledge of liquors and cocktails and can upsell.
· Prepare service bar drinks.
· Consistently ensures the bar and surrounding areas remain neat and clean.
· Performs closing duties and reports to the MOD (manager on duty) before dismissal.
