Your Credentials:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the EDM field, particularly with NC Code Mitsubishi controls.
- Advantageous vocational or apprenticeship credentials; High School Diploma is essential.
- Adept in 4 Axis program comprehension and Rotary EDM expertise.
Pursue Excellence Through Key Objectives:
- Elimination of rework and operator errors to ensure quality assurance.
- Ensuring accurate reporting of time, rework, scrap, and job efficiency.
- Proactively participating in strategic discussions towards lights-out manufacturing empowerment.
The ideal candidate will exhibit adept troubleshooting and programming skills, particularly in CNC environments.
Physical Dynamics:
- Standing or sitting for extended periods with capabilities to lift up to 50 lbs.
