Job Description

Optum is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Rialto, California.

Located in the Inland Empire region of Southern California, Rialto offers a dynamic blend of suburban living and community spirit. With its proximity to the San Bernardino Mountains and major highways, Rialto provides convenient access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and neighboring cities. Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• No call, no weekends
• Outpatient only; no hospital rounds
• Patient panel: Primarily adults and seniors
• Daily census: 18–20 patients
• Appointment times: 40 minutes (new), 20 minutes (follow-up)

Required Qualifications 

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency in the United States
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted California Medical License, or ability to obtain it before your start date
• Current California DEA license, or ability to secure it prior to starting
• Current Basic Life Support certification, or willingness to obtain
• EMR Proficiency
