Location: Remote OR On-site (Miami, FL 33177)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM

Compensation: $18–$20/hr + $500–$1,500/week commissions (top reps crush this)

What You’ll Do (No Fluff):

• Advise auto, homeowners & business owners on insurance—property, commercial, and more
• Quote, issue, and renew policies with speed and precision
• Cross-sell like a pro: flood, life, liability, you name it
• Own your accounts—answer, solve, close, repeat
• Stay organized and compliant. No hand-holding here

You Bring:

• Active 4-40 license (FL)

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Experience is a plus. Killer attitude is a must
• Sharp closer, smooth communicator, relentless follow-through
• Tech savvy and allergic to excuses
