Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability t obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a mechanical engineer for GDMS, youll be a member a cross functional team responsible for supporting the design and development of a new subsea capability.

What sets you apart:

• Strong proficiency with modeling CAD tools to create mechanical models and drawings
• Experience designing subsea products and systems
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication methods, as well as technical, government, and industry standards
• Collaborative, creative thinker with experience leading complex projects
• Strong communication skills with ability to write technical papers and proposals

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $133,025.00 - USD $144,000.00 /Yr.
