Job Description: As a Billing Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations. You'll contribute directly to the company's financial health by managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling related inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals with a knack for organization, attention to detail, and a drive to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: + Generate, review, and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. + Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures. + Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate payment records. + Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding billing queries. + Assist with monthly reporting and audits related to billing. + Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive financial information. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus. + 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles (entry-level candidates with strong skills may be considered). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas). + Experience with billing or accounting software preferred (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). + Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
