Location Description:

Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center

• High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.
• Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms early 2026!
• Three restaurants including a Starbucks.
• 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.
• Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields.
• All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.

Overview:

The Bistro Attendant will provide food and beverage counter service in any of our four different Bistros. This service includes working at different food and beverage locations, including crafting coffee and espresso beverages, smoothies, made to order sandwiches and bowls, and restocking grab and go items throughout each outlet.

• This is a full-time position.
• $18.80 per hour.
• Shifts are available between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including morning, mid-day, and close shifts.

Responsibilities

• Expertly prepare a variety of coffee, espresso beverages, tea, and specialty beverages following outlet standard recipes and quality standards. 
• Serving fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
• The role is physically active, requiring work across various outlets in one day throughout the campus.
• Assemble and serve orders quickly and accurately, including bowls/salads, sandwiches, soups, and wraps.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper temperatures are maintained.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Accurately take and process customer orders, both in-person and for mobile app pickup.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment by cleaning equipment, work areas, and customer spaces. 
• Monitor stock levels of inventory and product, replenish supplies, and ensure product availability and freshness. 
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment. 

Qualifications

• No experience required – we will train.
• Friendly and service-minded attitude required. A great smile too!
• Food and beverage service experience or Barista experience is a plus.
