Position: Used Car Sales Representative

Pay: Commission-(Tiered - More Cars = More Pay!)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist in inventory management to meet sales goals.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow up with potential buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and achieve dealership targets.
