IOP/PSC Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join
our team. The role requires a professional with experience in phlebotomy,
specimen processing, and customer service. You will be working in a Patient
Service Center (PSC) setting or In Office Phlebotomist (IOP) setting, providing
essential healthcare and laboratory services.
Responsibilities
+ Perform blood draws and specimen collection for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
+ Process specimens accurately and efficiently.
+ Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
+ Ensure all specimens are correctly labeled and handled according to established protocols.
Essential Skills
+ Phlebotomy experience outside of school and externships.
+ Specimen processing skills.
+ Strong customer service abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 plus years of experience preferred.
+ Open to entry level candidates but will need to complete a program that provided a phlebotomy externship.
+ Ability to handle and draw blood samples efficiently.
Work Environment
We have positions opened throughout the valley. Locations
are in N PHX, Fountain Hills, Mesa and Sun Lakes. Depending on locations,
schedule can range from 6am-3pm or 8am-5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
