The Lead Installer plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of products and systems, delivering high-quality results that meet customer expectations. This position involves overseeing installation projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations. The Lead Installer is responsible for training and mentoring junior installers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Pay: Up to 30 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in installation work, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Strong understanding of ductwork installation techniques and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in relevant installation practices or safety training.
• Experience in project management or team leadership.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the installation process.
• Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during installation activities.
