Job Description

Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Okanogan County, WA to hire a Physical Therapist for the 2025–2026 school year.

Start Date: August 27, 2025

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Okanogan County, WA

Grade Level: K–12

Hours: Standard school hours (exact hours to be confirmed with the district)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based physical therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals.
• Evaluate and document students’ physical abilities and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student development and access to education.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
• Support mobility, accessibility, and safe participation in school activities.

Qualifications:

• Washington State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
