Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Construction Management to oversee a large-scale Audio-Visual (AV) project . This initiative involves replacing and upgrading the projector system in a high-visibility All-Hands space . The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between IT Operations , Facilities , Engineering Team and Construction Contractors , ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the AV upgrade project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, facilities management, and external construction/AV contractors.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, reporting, and escalation.
• Conduct site inspections 2–3 days per week to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal operational standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on construction and/or AV system deployments.
• Proven experience managing AV infrastructure projects, preferably in corporate or public spaces.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, vendor coordination, and facility operations.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to be on-site 2–3 days per week.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with AV systems (projectors, cabling, control systems) is a strong plus.
