We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. If you thrive on tight deadlines, can write and edit high-quality content at lightning speed, and know how to keep things organized (while making it look effortless), we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll create, manage, and deliver internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to our mission. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to craft everything from all-company announcements to event communications to leadership messages. And you’ll make sure our internal comms plans don’t just live in a spreadsheet—they come to life. Internal comms isn’t just announcements and all-hands. It’s the difference between someone caring about our mission and their work, and people just showing up for a paycheck.
What You’ll Do
Write and edit everything from leadership messages to event announcements.
Build communication plans that don’t die in spreadsheets.
Work with teams across the company to keep messaging clean.
Juggle deadlines without dropping balls.
Present to groups and run meetings that people don’t hate.
Solve problems creatively (and with humor).
Be an advocate and voice for our employees; tell their stories.
Build trust throughout Lambda and amplify the best parts of our culture.
You
7+ years in communications or employee engagement.
Writing and editing that adapts to any audience.
Speed without sacrificing quality.
Organization skills that make multitasking look easy.
Comfort speaking to large groups and facilitating discussions.
Basic design chops.
A collaborative spirit. You thrive on building connections across the company.
A keen sense of humor and a love for creative problem-solving.

Salary Range Information
