Salary: $113,000 - 142,500 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking candidates with over 8 years of experience in Application Development, possessing strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC framework; knowledge of RESTful API and Pega PRPC framework is a plus. Prior experience in the insurance sector, along with an understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory guidelines, is essential. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Technical Delivery utilizing Agile methodologies and a proven history of executing large-scale projects with globally distributed teams. Additionally, proficiency in DevOps tools, such as Jenkins and Github, along with familiarity in CI/CD activities and expertise in software development methodologies, is required. A solid comprehension of Design Patterns, Microservices concepts, and a good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is necessary. Furthermore, strong familiarity with AWS cloud services—like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and RDS—and experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions are essential. Exposure to innovative technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning is highly desirable. We value team players capable of taking full ownership of the development, deployment, and configuration cycles, along with excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• In this role as the Senior Technical Lead, I expect you to lead a team or teams of consultants in Agile delivery, leveraging your deep technical expertise and experience to guide the development of the Data Ingestion Framework as part of AIG’s Data Ingestion Strategies for engaging with third parties (including MGAs, DUAs, TPAs, etc.). You will need to balance multiple stakeholder needs, making informed decisions based on data, analysis, experience, and judgment, while maintaining a risk-aware mindset. You will be accountable for significant project outcomes, including understanding technical and deployment architecture, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture to define scalable solutions to intricate business requirements, delivering reusable frameworks and API integration patterns in partnership with architecture and platform teams, overseeing and assisting development teams in executing projects within timelines and compliant with AIG’s architectural standards, and troubleshooting complex issues to provide effective solutions.
