We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team and support mission-driven campaigns that make a real impact.
This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training in event marketing, fundraising, public outreach , and community engagement , all while representing meaningful causes and nonprofit initiatives.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service during live events, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns
Represent nonprofit brands at community events, pop-up activations , and marketing demonstrations
Build strong relationships with the public and help generate support for key causes
Participate in leadership training , with opportunities to manage events and take on client-facing responsibilities
Ensure campaign messaging is clear, compliant, and aligned with nonprofit goals and brand standards
Support team objectives by helping with daily tasks, logistics, and reporting
No prior experience required — we offer comprehensive paid training
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and impact
Previous experience in marketing, events, customer service, retail, or fundraising is a plus, but not required
Willingness to travel locally for community events and nonprofit initiatives
Genuine passion for social causes, nonprofit work, and community involvement
Hands-on experience in event coordination, public relations, and nonprofit marketing
