About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent for highly specialized and hard-to-fill roles across our organization. You will partner closely with engineering leadership to understand complex technical requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans to attract exceptional candidates in niche domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized engineering roles (e.g., embedded systems, robotics, RF engineering, machine learning, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche forums
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical assessments in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on niche or hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates in specialized technical domains
  • Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical terminology
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies
  • Familiarity with international hiring and relocation processes
  • Technical background or certifications in recruiting or engineering
