We are currently seeking a Trade Execution Analyst - ONSITE to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US). Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, automation, or redesign. Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly outline current and future state processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather requirements and implement process changes. Propose and design new processes, systems, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and meet business goals. Take ownership of complex, high-profile projects, and may mentor and guide junior analysts. Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable improvements. Produce and review reports, status updates, and performance metrics to communicate progress and findings to stakeholders. Required skills and qualifications 4 years of experience in trading desk experience in Trade execution and trade settlement team. 4 years of experience in large cap stocks, some option trading 3 years of experience in CTM/Moxy knowledge Knowledge of Genesis Platform: This is a software platform from SS&C Advent streamline trading workflows Trust Query expert Experience in Reporting for MIS Good communication skills Additional requirements This position is not for remote work and candidate needed to be 4 days in office from 9 AM - 5 PM \# LI-North America About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (70- 75 $ hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
